Package #1 Standard custom eBook design: prices start at $325, depending on genre. This service includes 1 book cover, licensed fonts, and 3 revision requests. This option focuses on three to four primary licensed stock images by blending graphics, textures, renders, and photo manipulation to produce a marketable and “genre specific” design to attract your target readership. *Up to 3 characters on the design.
Print (full-wrap) optional and not included.

Package #2 Premium custom eBook design: prices start at $375, depending on genre. This service includes 1 book cover, licensed fonts, and 4 revision requests. This option involves a complicated composition by blending of licensed stock images, graphics, textures, renders, and photo manipulation, and and includes specialty licensed stock images or custom made stock if needed to produce a marketable and “genre specific” design. *Up to 4 characters on the design.
Print (full-wrap) is included.
Package #3 "Trust Me" custom eBook design:
prices start at $225, depending on genre. This service includes 1 eBook cover, , licensed fonts, and only 1 minor revision request, without incurring additional fees. However, if specialty or custom stock is needed, then an additional fee will be applied. The “Trust Me” package option is for clients who are comfortable giving The Cover Coven primary creative control over the project, while being mindful of the author’s wishes and genre trends. Or if you are a client needing a next-in-series design to match the branding. (*Only 2 characters per design, if more are requested, there is an additional fee.)
This
option involves complicated composition by blending graphics, textures,
renders, and photo manipulation to attract your target readership and
convey the genre. If you are comfortable with this agreement, then this package is perfect for your needs.

Package #4 Series eBook custom design: prices start at $875, depending on genre. This package includes3 book cover designs, licensed fonts, and only 4 revision requests, without incurring additional fees. (Final price depends on the genre, number of covers needed, and if any specialty stock resources or custom made stock is required.) *Up to 3 characters on each design.This

Non-fiction eBook cover package: the prices range from $150 to $200. Includes licensed fonts and stock images AND up to 2 revision requests without incurring additional fees. Print (full-wrap) is optional, and not included.

TURNAROUND TIME FRAME:
Turn-around time for 1 custom design is 7 to 14 business days. *Excluding weekends and all major holidays.
CHARACTER CREATION:
While specific character
creation is possible, the cover will take longer to design, and may include the rendering of custom-made
3D models and the blending of licensed stock images, which can be costly. Please take into
consideration that an additional fee will be required. Please inquire before
purchasing a package to discuss your vision for the project. And please keep in mind that the model(s) on the cover don't need to look exactly like your hero or heroine, but just enough so the reader can form their own image of your characters in their mind.
PAYMENT:
All payments are through PayPal or Venmo in US (American) dollars once you submit your order via email. All payments are paid in full upfront.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Open from 12pm to 6pm (pst) Monday through Friday. Closed on weekends and all major holidays. Title changes on Mondays only.

*PLEASE NOTE: I understand the need to have the
psd file, or a cover without text, but I do not offer that option to my clients. And unfortunately, if I send an image without text or a
psd file, then I give up a certain degree of protection over my artwork.
I cannot prevent images from being altered, used in another design,
taken to another designer, rebranded as a series cover, or even re-sold
to another author.
I trust that my clients would never do this, but
there are those who would, and these actions might lessen the
overall quality of the design. And legally I cannot give clients a
psd file because the licensing rights to the stock images were purchased by my business and I
risk breaching my license agreement; therefore, I cannot legally transfer ownership of the stock photos. Thanks for understanding!
Any
